HOLISTIC HEALTH ADVICE TO OUR READERS TO HELP YOU ALL TO STAY HEALTHY

I am a FULLY QUALIFIED Natural Medicine Practitioner and I am giving you MY PERSONAL PROTOCOL for you to STAY HEALTHY and REMAIN HEALTHY.  If you ever fall ill with any virus, the protocol for viral illnesses will follow immediately after my health protocol.

If you are keen to maintain your health, please use the following protocol :

To maintain tip top health, you must :

EAT FRESH FRUIT and VEGETABLES on a daily basis

Drink plenty of still mineral water or filtered wawter - at least 2 liters or 2 pints per day.  (Don't drink tap/faucet water - too many chemicals in it).

EXERCISE DAILY

Take the following vitamins daily :

Vitamin A, B, C, D, E, Selenium, Echinacea, Zinc, Garlic, Iron

You can acquire these vitamins from any health store and when you get them, you take ONE tablet of each EVERY DAY and continue taking them indefinitely.  ** Word of advice here, if you are taking any prescription medication at all, you need to check that this is not going to interfere with your vitamin supplements as some general medicines do interact with vitamin supplements.  So it is best not to take general medications when taking supplements.**


PROTOCOL FOR VIRAL ILLNESSES

You must drink at least 2 liters or 2 pints of water (still or filtered) per day as keeping FULLY HYDRATED IS IMPORTANT.

Drink plenty of HOT drinks and KEEP the temperature UP inside your mouth (viruses DON'T like it very hot).

Eat - Chicken soup, Oxtail soup, Beef Broth, Tomato soup

TAKE THE FOLLOWING HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS :

Echinacea for colds and flu - (you can get these from the health store)

Take 2 tablets - 3 times daily.  When you start to FEEL BETTER - STOP taking the tablets.

(If you are taking regular Echinacea - stop taking these whilst you are taking Echinacea for colds and flu)

SLEEP is VITALLY IMPORTANT.  It doesn't matter whether it is night time or day time - GO TO BED and SLEEP for as much as you can, as sleep WILL promote a SPEEDIER recovery.

Follow my illness protocol and by DAY 5 you will be BACK ON YOUR FEET again, feeling CHAMPION and ON TOP OF THE WORLD.

You will not find these protocols anywhere else, because these are MY OWN PERSONAL PROTOCOLS that I devised and THEY DO WORK.  I have been EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL in restoring my patients back to FULL HEALTH, VITALITY and BALANCE.
